Oh yeah.

This post is just as boring as the title sounds. Minus the math.

Once a month, we have a loan to pay. It’s one of those inconvenient loans (but, aren’t all loans?) at one of those inconvenient banks that has very few locations and doesn’t have lovely online bill pay options. So, once a month we have to make a half hour trek to give people our money for something that we did several years ago. Not very fun.

To make this trip slightly less painful, we started grabbing coffee while we were out. That’s pretty much the default way to make a sucky day less sucky- “Let’s stop for coffee!”

But that coffee stop turned into a “coffee walk.”

And in that little several block walk, we found ourselves following the scent of baked goods.

So, our monthly loan payment has become a monthly loan payment + coffee + walk + bakery stop.

Basically, I really look forward to paying the loan each month.

And with THAT, I bid you adieu for the day. Today marks three years of being married to that butthead of a husband and, as you read this, we’re out celebrating that we’re not divorced/dead/arrested yet. Perk of marriage? Calling someone a butthead while congratulating them on putting up with your lame self. Happy Anniversary to us!
